For sale: A 1971 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible for repair or parts. This sale includes a 1971 Corvette Convertible body, a firewall back, two mostly complete doors with window glass (see pictures), a bare convertible top frame in need of restoration, and a clear Texas title. Please note that there is a picture of the title shown and that it is a clean, Texas title. This body would work for a 1970-1972 Corvette project. There are also some miscellaneous small items included, such as: inner and outer heater boxes, heater core, gas pedal, and rear marker lamps (these various items are shown in the pictures). Only the parts shown in the pictures will be included with the purchase of the car. The front edge of the convertible frame and top underside corners of the window frame have some minor surface rust. There is some fiberglass damage on the body that will need attention as well. The convertible top frame appears to be complete (minus fabric), but in need of a rebuild. The two doors are attached to the body for transportation. They do open and close, but, they stick and need to be adjusted. Both doors are relatively complete, and include window glass in both. The passenger side window has several small chips on the top edge, but the window frames / birdcages are in very good, nearly rust-free condition. Originally, this car was "Brands Hatch Green", but it is currently blue. At one time, the interior was Dark Green; no interior is included on this car purchase. The car itself is on a stand with wheels for ease of transportation / shipping. The wooden stand will be included in the purchase.
