Vehicle Detail

NO RESERVE1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z White (re-sprayed by previous owner about five years ago after minor front end accident) Factory red leather interior T-Tops 350 TPI 4-wheel disc brakes Wheels refinished two years ago (some cracking in clearcoat) Automatic One small crack on the dash 77k original miles Tires one year old Aftermarket stereo with navigation Plugs, wires, distributor, hoses, fuel filter, steering, tie rods all updated May 2014 Needs: Rubber gaskets on t-tops at doors could use a fresh set Air conditioning needs charge with newest Freon Transmission needs fluid change. Slight shudder in overdrive at 60mph but goes away. Wiper blades only have one speed Overall the car is a 6-7 on a scale to 10. It’s a very nice driver with no mechanical problems capable of going anywhere. I’ve driven it a few miles to work occasionally over the past three years. Both doors and rear hatch all have different keys. $1,000 deposit due after the auction ends.DON'T BOTHER BIDDING IF YOU HAVE ZERO FEEDBACK. On Apr-23-15 at 17:47:49 PDT, seller added the following information: Make sure you email me if you have any questions prior to bidding. And I won't accept bids from Ebay users with no feedback. Also, winning the auction doesn't me you start negotiating from there. My response to a previous email: The AC needs a conversion to the latest freon to work. Nothing is mechanically wrong, it just needs the conversion. This car has been my fair weather driver. So I don’t drive it in the rain or when it’s hot. All the wiring is original to my knowledge. It looks to me like the motor has been out of the car previously for some reason. When the motor was out, the previous owner painted the engine bay black because “that’s the way Camaros are supposed to be.” I’ve replaced the temperature sender, washer fluid and overflow tanks, hoses, plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. The washer fluid motor does not work and the wiper blades only run at one speed. I think they’re related. Both doors lock with no problem. But only the driver’s side key works from the outside. The back hatch button works in the car and also works with the key behind the license plate. In the process of cleaning the car up, I put a new strut rod on the back hatch and it works like it should now. If you look at the picture of the rear hatch, there’s a larger than normal gap because of the stronger strut rods and the automatic latch in the car is broken. Most all of them are broken because people slam the tops. I just haven’t replace mine.
