This is a very nice 1987 Suzuki samurai JX it has 104k with 60k of those being towed behind a motor home, this is a 2 owner and last owner who is 80yrs old bought it in 1996 from texas and had it shipped to the salt infested state of ILLINOIS so it does have some small amounts of rust but cleaner than 90% of them out there. It will need some attention in a few areas, carb has a mind of its own sometimes it runs perfect then others it bogs down really bad and then all of a sudden runs perfect again so I would say a rebuild or replacement would be your best bet, exhaust is getting loud so it will need some repair, front seats have tears but backseat and carpet are next to perfect. AC compressor needs a bushing so it can mount to the mounting bracket ( AC system is complete ). Drivers side exterior door handle needs fixing, there is a noise coming from the transfer case/transmission area but it stays the same in every gear so I dont know what that is but they both shift perfectly so I have no clue. frame and underneath have some rust but not rusted out and very solid. Softop is in perfect shape, tires are decent, wheels are nice, heat works great and all other components work as they should. I will include the tow bar so you can flat tow it for $100 onto the selling price. I can deliver for a fee within 200 miles of 60010.
