Vehicle Detail
Here is a clean unmolested Very Rare 1987 Buick Regal Limited T-Type with the 3.8 turbo V6. 120k original miles. Non-op and has been sitting for 2 years in a garage. The previous owner would start it once a month to keep the fluids circulating. This car runs and drives great however it should be totally serviced before being made into a daily driver. The turbo spools up great and the car pulls hard! The transmission shifts perfectly and will chirp second gear every time! There are 2 dents that will require a minimal amount of body work (see pics) and the paint is pretty much fried, it has the typical cracked plastic on the panels between the bumpers and the body (easily replaced). The interior is all original and super clean for an 87 and it has new tires all around. The brakes work great and the car is overall very sturdy (for an 80's car) NO RUST California car! This a great foundation for a total sleeper build or original restoration. I am in no hurry to sell it at all and I actually really want to keep it but some of my other projects need attention so here ya go! Low opening bid of $6500 with NO RESERVE! Serious calls or text only to (661) 510-6647 Thanks, for looking! On Apr-13-15 at 07:44:40 PDT, seller added the following information: This car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.On Apr-13-15 at 18:08:11 PDT, seller added the following information: I found out today that this car has a replacement vin tag in the door "see attached pic" and the RPO sticker is missing in the trunk not sure why this is. The only thing I can think of is that maybe it was stolen before. I will try to find out more info from the guy I purchased the car from as soon as I can. If you bid on the car and want to cancel your bid I totally understand. I am not trying to hide anything I just recently purchased it and didn't even notice the vin tag. I am not a Buick specialist. On Apr-14-15 at 09:00:18 PDT, seller added the following information: I found out today that the car was stolen and recovered that is when the vin was replaced, whoever stole the car took the original vin. Nothing else was removed from the car and all of the #s match. The new vin matches the pink slip and there is nothing weird so it the car is totally legit no fee's and no registration issues. I was told that it was common for these Buicks to get stolen lol.
