Pristine condition '06 Lotus Elise, 16,880 miles. A thousand miles on new tires. Paint guard on the front. New battery with trickle charge connector. Only driven in perfect weather, not even in the rain. Winter garaged in heated facility with trickle charger and car cover. My garage is heated, air conditioned and concrete floor. Always covered when not in use. I am second owner, car is serviced to the minute with no service issues. Everything works. Alpine radio, satellite equipped. I found this car to be reliable and comfortable, especially since I had a body guy flatten the lateral seat flanges on the driver's side to keep them from sticking into the sides of my butt (photo). This makes it much more comfortable for the average driver my size. The lateral lower drivers seat has some sliding in-out wear, can be easily repaired. There is a "clank" somewhere in the passenger door on closing it that isn't functional issue. Not heard while driving. Power window works perfectly and the door is perfectly aligned. Lotus tech says it's probably some metal part too close to another one and i I never noticed it because no one but me drives the car and I never opened the passenger door. I have no Interest in taking the time and energy to have it looked at again. I adjusted the price of the car down to have this fixed if the buyer so desires. I had recent hip/femur trauma and surgery. I now find it harder to get in and out of, especially with the top up. That's the only reason I'm selling, and I've priced it to sell. There isn't any point in this beautiful car sitting in my garage endlessly. It's a great car at a very fair price. More info on request. No problem shipping at buyer's expense. Title is free and clear. Disclaimer: It's notoriously hard for a guy my size to get in and out with the top attached!! But I managed it for three years and I'm 6' 1" and 230 pounds. Very comfortable once inside. However, with my stiff leg, it's much more difficult. There have been several questions about a hard top. Lotus did not sell this car with a hard top. Lotus Talk says some from aftermarket sources come available occasionally and they are expensive.
