This 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 1/2 ton was totaled out by the previous owners Insurance Company(Liberty Mutual)and will be an easy Repairable and a valuable truck when repaired. The damage is rear end only, no damage other than the obvious with nothing hidden or overlooked.

The engine sounds great and is the popular 4.7V8 with automatic trans. & 2-wheel drive. This engine is also Flex-Fuel capable. All mechanicals under the hood are fine including radiator, a/c condensor with cold air, front suspension and windshield. No engine warning lights or airbag lights on as can be seen in pictures.

The truck runs great and drives excellent with steering wheel straight and no shake or shimmy. I did a short test drive but it would be necessary to trailer or transport because of obvious damage and to be safe and legal.

The damage appears to be only to the bed(6'-3"), rear bumper assembly and back of cab, driver side only. All 4-doors swing as they should and rear glass is good. This is not a hard hit and no visible frame damage as the pictures will show, if you are familiar with wreck rebuilding you will know that the bed possibly moved the rear frame rails out of factory specs. and is easier to measure when bed is removed and take the time to pull back to factory specs. now rather than later if necessary?

The overall truck is in good condition with no rust or hail dings other than normal wear & tear that can be seen in pictures. The previous owner had not intended to damage the truck because as you can see the gas tank is full although the tires are weak.

The interior is also in good condition as the pics. will show including normal wear & tear. All power options work including cruise control and keyless entry. No odor from smoke or pets.

The previous owners Insurance Company quoted this truck to have a retail value of $15,614 before damage and with a "No Reserve" auction this truck can be bought and repaired for much less!

Carfax reported a good history with 2-Owners and the 2nd Owner only owning for 1-month making it very close to a 1-Owner. This report can be viewed at no cost by clicking on the Carfax logo at end of listing.
