Vehicle Detail
2000 Monte Carlo SS *NO RESERVE* Runs and drives well. Engine just replaced.New lower intake gaskets.New plenum gasket.Complete tune-up (Plugs & Wires)New power steering pump.New battery Customer had car towed into our shop with a bad engine. We did all of the work and the customer decided he no longer wanted the car, so we are selling it with a clear title to recoup the cost of repairs. This will make a nice car for someone. Car has been sitting for about 6 months, and recently took it out on a 20 mile test-drive at highway speeds. The car ran and drove nicely. Here is what we noticed: power steering is sticky, rotors had some minor rust on them, transmission shifted nicely through all gears, handled well at 65 mph, stopped fine, engine maintained normal temp., heat worked as it should, cruise control worked as it should, front bumper cover is cracked (shown in pictures), fuel gauge was sometimes erratic, but the rest of the gauges work as they should. This is an absolute sale, vehicle is being sold as-is and where-is with no warranty. We do not know much about the car past what is stated above, but feel free to ask questions before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end, and vehicle must be picked up within 7 days. Failure to comply will result in vehicle being re-listed for sale, and loss of deposit. On Feb-22-15 at 18:33:25 PST, seller added the following information: Please note that the check engine light is on, we ran a scan, and it came back as an EVAP. It could be as simple as a bad gas-cap. This does not effect the way the vehicle runs and drives.
