This is a project car with the hard part done. The metal has been cleaned and prepped with primer. There is a small hole in the floor pan near the seat motor ram. There is a small amount of surface rust on the lower edges. Otherwise, this is a clean car. The car is disassembled at this time. The engine was rebuilt about 4 years ago and ran fine until removed by the PO for restoration. The car was originally black with a flame red interior. The interior is mostly complete, just needs restored. Most of the body parts are with the car. Here is a partial list of what I know is not there: Rear bumper/continental kit Fender skirts Hard top Soft top Some other parts may be missing. I purchased the car like it is now. I have another 1956 Tbird that I am planning a full restore on and don't have time or inclination to do two of these cars. I can supply the winning bidder with a name and phone number of the person I bought the car from. He has a restored rear bumper and hard top in the correct colors he is willing to sell. He can also give more history of the vehicle. I have a clear Oklahoma title on the car. It is located in Oklahoma City. It does roll and steer. I have included pics to show the condition of the car. The vehicle needs to picked up within 2 weeks of auction end. I am able to store the vehicle; however, a vehicle storage agreement will need to be executed and a fee may be assessed. The entire payment must be made before considering storage. If stored, the entire storage fee must be paid before the bike will be released to the shipper. Once the balance is paid, the vehicle belongs to you. If you decide you no longer desire the vehicle, it is your responsibility to re-sell the vehicle. Refunds will not be given. On Jan-10-15 at 19:30:43 PST, seller added the following information: FULL DISCLOSURE ON FEEDBACK: The 1 negative feedback I have which is bringing my rating down with the new calculations is because of a non-paying bidder. This person outbid everyone else on a car I was selling. He refused to use Ebay Escrow for payments. He tried not to pay the deposit, but finally did at the last minute. He refused to pay in full by the terms of the auction. The vehicle was in a different state and I had a friend who was going to meet the winning bidder. Because he would not pay, I had to drive 1200 miles to meet him so I could collect the money. I informed him that his deposit would be non-refundable and that there would be no negotiations. The price was what he bid. At this point, it's about 2 weeks past the auction end. When he finally showed up, late, he immediately started pointing out all the bad spots on the car, which I had disclosed in the auction and in the photos posted. He tried to negotiate on the price. I told him to just leave. I filed an Unpaid Bidder Strike against him. He tried to get the deposit back, but Ebay backed me on the non-refundable clause. He then proceeded to flame me on the feedback. I have been trying to get Ebay to remove the negative strike since he was a Non-Paying bidder. I have almost 1000 feedback, the majority of it good.
