Here we have a beautiful and very unique 55 Chevy BelAir. What sets this one apart from all the rest on here is the fact that this car has been mounted to a 1985 Monte Carlo SS chassis. That means power disc brakes, modern independent suspension, 4-link rear suspension, lower ride height and much improved ride and handling characteristics. I was skeptical at first, but this 55 rides better than any other I have driven. It's got plenty of power, great brakes and with the overdrive automatic trans she glides along nice and smooth without revving to the moon. The doors and trunk have been shaved of locks and handles, the interior is an older custom job from the 90s but still shows well. We are adding a Vintage Air heat and A/C kit this week as well as a new set of Dakota Digital VHX gauges in silver face with blue lighting. The wheels in the pics are also being replaced with a set of 15x7 rally wheels for that classic good look. The blue paint on the front is a late model BMW color that we just had redone and it looks fantastic, the white is actually a pearl white that also looks great in the sun, overall this is a great looking car that has the street manners to back it up. It has been on Power Tour long haul a couple times with the decals still in the windows to prove it. Tinted glass all around as well.
