~ 1959 Cadillac Coupe ~ Hi I am selling a 1959 Cadillac Coupe. Please review all the pictures on this auction if you have any questions please give me a call at 818-436-9624 or email. Interior Brand new interior was installed 4 month ago. With all new foam for the seats, new black carper, new black headliner and door panel cards. All the windows work and front window switches have been rebuilt. All the glass is perfect and few years old. Custom AutoSound radio was installed in the dash to replace OEM radio. It has Fm/Am and Ipod connection. Also 2 new 6x9 speakers installed in the rear speaker tray. Engine and Suspension Engine is original I was told it was rebuilt by the previous owner few years back. I drive the car on regular basis on the weekends to local car meets and breakfast. Car runs smooth with no issues I had a full tuneup preformed few month back; oil was changed, spark plugs, new wires, electric ignition was installed, new fuel filter, gas tank, new sending unit and carburetor was rebuilt. Power steering and brakes work great. Heater has been disconnected by the previous owner. Dual exhaust was installed with turn down tips before the rear bumper and 2 new mufflers. The suspension on the car is healthy I purchased 3" lowering springs from "Jamco suspensions" car rides smooth so I decides to leave them, Jamco does sell spring spacers for $98 that will raise it up 1". The suspension is stock less the lowering springs. The exhaust has been installed perfect I haven't had any issues with being too low. The wheels are 20" and the tires have 90% tread left. Transmission shifts smooth as designed Paint and Chrome All the stainless trim around the windows and moldings looks great, chrome bumpers are solid but do not have perfect chrome. Body on the car is straight I took few pictures down the side, I will try to upload a video of the car. A lot of man hours was spent to prep the car and paint. Paint looks great but this is not a trailer queen. The paint has great shine and depth to it and flames have a lot of detail. I have attended many local car shows and the crowd loves this car. There is couple bubble in the paint near driver side rear wheel please see the picture. Also speedometer cable needs to be replaced. If your concern is with the suspension Jamco sells oem style springs and its simple to change. The car is being sold as is with no warranty. If you would like to see it please schedule time with me.
