1981 Lincoln Town Car Town Coupe Ultra Rare 1981 Lincoln Town Car Town Coupe. 1 of 4,935 ever made over by Lincoln. The Town Car Coupe of this body style was only made for 1980-1981. Also, 1981 was the last year ever for any Town Car Coupe. This is a great classic Lincoln with only 71,024 orginal miles on it. The car runs and drives great. It starts right up everytime and idles silky smooth. It does not smoke or leak at all. The car was tuned up and brakes redone in the past year or so. It has a new alternator as well. The brakes are great and are nice and firm. This car stops better than my 2003 Town Car. It has nice firestone whitewall tires that are hardly warn at all. I have taken the car on countless drives both long and short with no issues. It can cruise at 75mph on the highway with no issues or sit in stop and go traffic with no issues. The exterior is in really good condition with virtually no rust at all as you can see from the pictures. The underside is also completely solid with no rot and very little rust at all. It is a extremely solid car. The paint does have some chips and a few lines from age also as shown in the pictures. The interior is beautiful the seats are soft and have no wear or tears at all. Headliner is still tight and not sagging at all. Carpet is still soft and not warn and has no stains. The dash is perfect no cracks at all. All power features work perfect. Power seats, power windows and power vent windows. Cruse control, auto dimming headlights with auto bright mode, radio, heat and blower. All lights work and the car has no malfuction lights on at all. This truely is a great classic Town Car Coupe. There is not another Town Coupe of this body style for sale anywhere I can find. This car took me over a year to find and I hate to sell it. The only reason I am selling it is I simply do not have space for it with all the other toys I have. Please ask any questions you may have.
