This is a 1983 C 70 in Silver/Gray with the Original Passport Graphics. This Honda 70 is Considered a Motor Driven Cycle Which Means a Scooter. It has 3 Speeds with a Semi Automatic Transmission ( No Clutch) which Makes it an Excellent Starter or Learning Bike. The Original or Period Correct Tire on the Front is a Bit Dry but the Rear Tire is a Brand New Michelin. The Battery is Strong and Everything Works Including the Horn, Headlight on High Beam and Brake Light, the Electric Starter (Yes, it Has an Electric Starter) Turns Fine Always But is Not Effective Until the Bike is Warm. The Speedometer and Odometer Also Work. The Turn Signals Work but a Bulb is Needed. As with Most Honda's this C 70 Passport Starts on the First or Second Kick and Runs Excellent. The Carburetor is Not Perfect and Will Gum Up if Left Sitting Too Long. Right Now it is Running Great with No Leakage.
