Vehicle Detail

Selling my 1968 Camaro roller project. It is basically a shell. No motor or transmission. Has some rust issues but the overall structure is solid. As you can see in the pictures, the rockers are solid. The panels line up well. The floors and quarters will need to be replaced. The front bumper is inside the car along with an original spoiler if you choose to go that route. A true enthusiast will appreciate the ease in which the doors and trunk close. That's what sold me on it initially. All of the glass is in but the windshield is cracked. Windows go up and down easily. I have several totes full of parts that came with the project, including the dash cluster. I bought it as a project, but now I'm looking at a different project. Sold with bill of sale for antique title. I have the original Kansas title signed over two owners ago. Was never processed and is not in my name. According to the cowl tag it was originally rallye green with a white vinyl top. What you see is essentially what you get. A good solid foundation for a build. Please ask all questions before bidding. Vehicle is for sale locally. Auction will end early if sold locally. Thanks for looking. On Dec-11-14 at 05:54:58 PST, seller added the following information: Just added pictures of the worst areas. The trunk floor was better than I remembered it. Also realized that I have some of the chrome pieces as well as two gauge clusters. Please ask any questions. On Dec-11-14 at 16:21:36 PST, seller added the following information: Just had an interesting conversation and once over with a fellow Bow Tie Enthusiast. He pointed out some issues that I feel it is only fair to point out. I am definitely not a professional, and I appreciate his honest assessment. I am trying to get everyone the most information possible to ensure they are happy with their purchase. The issues are: Front subframe is Firebird, not Camaro. Engine mounts are in a different location. Front body bount tabs on the subframe show signs of being welded (or rewelded). Basically, I would expect to replace the subframe. The dash was replaced at some point. The welds are not pretty. Not sure why, but something to be aware of. I lowered the price of the car, to include the reserve based on this information. Thanks
