Up for sale is a 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300 TDT with 155753 original miles.                   This 300 TDT is unmolested and in original condition!   Those cars were very popular in the 80's and are becoming even more popular these days.   300 TDTs in original condition with attractive miles are harder and harder to find.   This station wagon is a California car, rust free and very well maintained.   It has a clean carfax and it shows no indication of any sorts of accidents or re-sprays.   The paint seems to be 100% original to me with just normal signs of wear.   It shows some light surface scratches here and there.   There are also a few minor dings, but you really have to search for them.   Overall the paint looks great without any dull spots or signs of fading.   All chrome parts including the rims are in excellent shape.   Considering age and miles I would rate this vehicle above average.   Please take a look at all the detailed pictures and judge by yourself.   If you need more pictures from a certain area please let me know.   The interior shows absolutely great with only 2 things to point out:   First, there are 2 scratches on the entry bolster of the driver seat.   Second, there is a little damage to the headliner at the edge of the sunroof.   I pointed out those two damages in the pictures.   Other than that the interior shows very nice and you won’t believe the age of the car.   There are no cracks in the dashboard or any of the wood parts.   I do not have the headrests for the rear seats or a third row bench, sorry!   The mechanical condition of this Mercedes is very good.   Everything works like it should including all gauges.   The A/C system is converted to the new standards (R134a) and works perfectly fine on hot and cold.   The brakes were recently replaced and some other parts as well like the tie rods, etc.   The car has been checked throughout and needs nothing but a new owner.    It runs and shifts very well without any issues.   If you are looking for an untouched original well taken care of 300 TDT, then this is the one for you!   I am a certified Mercedes-Benz technician with a degree from Germany and I speak German.
