The last year that this body style was produced, it's a great classic for rebuild restoration or hot rodding. This is a great project car and I hate to part with it, but I don't have the means to get it to where it could be. I got this car in May with the intent of slowly restoring it, but unfortunately my daily driver died in June and the Nova had to take the part. The car is in decent shape and is pretty solid, wheel wells and quarter panels have a bit of rust and a few surface area spots. It cranks right up and drives great, it even passed inspection so I have it under normal insurance and registration. The power steering is great, the brakes are good but are starting to pull. I put in speakers and an amplifier to play music from a 3.5mm audio jack but I do have the original am radio which I'm pretty sure still works however the original speaker is dead. It has the 250 in line 6 which could use seals as it does leak a bit of oil (looks like valve cover gasket), but the mileage is original. The windshield has a small crack that started in the lower passenger side and it does leak from the top a when it rains so weatherstripping all around would be a good idea. The car came with what seems to be original trim but it seems to be bent from taking around in the trunk, original spare and jack. The headlights and other lamps work Windshield wipers work however the hose that leads to the fluid ripped but the pump still works. I really don't want this car to sit and rust outside in the fall and would like to sell it to someone who would restore it to it's full potential. Please understand that this is a 42 year old car and will need work, however it starts, runs and drives great. There are no guarantees expressed or implied as it is an old vehicle.
