I am selling this 2003 Honda Insight for my father. He has owned the car since 2006, and it has been his daily driver since then. Vehicle has ~169,000 miles, most of which are highway. The engine works perfectly, and the battery has already been replaced. The body is in immaculate condition, and the interior is in very good condition. This vehicle has never been smoked in and has only been driven by responsible adults. Vehicle has never been in an collision, and has been garage kept for most of its life. This vehicle has never had a problem until recently, when the transmission stopped working. My dad has decided that he would rather buy a "new" car than repair the Insight. The starting price on this auction is low because the transmission is not working and will need to be rebuilt or replaced. While the vehicle will not drive it its current condition, it will be perfectly operational with a working transmission. Buyer may also choose to part out the vehicle for a nice profit. Winning bidder will be responsible for towing or shipping the vehicle, as it will not drive without a working transmission. Please ask any and all questions PRIOR TO BIDDING!
