1980 INTERNATIONAL SCOUT II TRAVELER This is a rare strong running diesel Scout in solid condition ready for your restoration! Daily driver for last 3 years. Minimal rust on body. Interior is fair with some tears on driver seat upholstery. Trim intact however front grill is damaged. This vehicle needs electrical work because dash gauges except for speedometer do not work. Problem with rear signal lights. Odometer is not working so mileage is inaccurate. Fuel gauge only works at approximately 1/4 tank level and below. After market gauges for alternator, temperature, and oil have been installed. Like all diesels, engine smokes a little at start up then stops. Does not burn oil. Not sure if turbo is working properly. No broken glass. Lift gate works. Scout runs well at 70 mph on the highway and gets about 27 miles to the gallon.
