The item up for bid is a 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. The vehicle is mostly original with a few modifications. The engine is an F.5 out of a 1974 FJ. The vehicle runs good and drives, however, it does need an alignment and the tires balanced. As you can tell by the pics, it does have the typical FJ40 rust areas in the body; rocker panels, rear sill plate and the bottom of the ambulance doors. The drivers side floor pan has a crack that can be welded or a new floor pan installed. The frame has surface rust only with no structural damage. Most of the controls, equipment and gauges work with exception of the fuel and speedometer; needs sending unit and speedometer cable. The odometer shows 47,718 miles, but since the engine and transmission are not stock, this is not accurate. This FJ40 is in good shape for a 40 year old vehicle and will be a great weekend toy or candidate for total restoration.
