The Village of Woodridge, Illinios Public Works Department is selling a 1999 Chevy 3500 dual rear wheel drive pick-up truck with 9 foot fiberglass service body, engine is Vortec 5.7 V8 . This vehicle was purchased new and used by the Public Works Department fleet garage for vehicle break down response and service/part runs. Overall condition of truck rated as "good" mileage 77,164. Vehicle maintenance serviced every 3,000 miles by Village mechanics. No known problems from a mechanical stand point with engine, transmission & air condition. The exterior body/cab has some dings, scratches and minor rust primarily under both doors as expected for it's age and type of use. The cab interior is in good condition has a vinyl seat & vinyl flooring. The service body is a 9 foot fiber glass unit made by "Fiber-body", 6 storage compartments and main flooring aluminum. The truck comes with a rear mount air compressor made by Ingersoll-rand "electric start" and a re-tractable air hose reel with 50' of air hose that is mounted in the passenger side rear compartment of service body. The truck comes with a lift-gate electric over hydraulics made by Tommy Gate.The truck comes with built-in front & rear jump start cable system to jump start vehicles with dead batteries. The truck comes with a Whelen emergency light bar with built in rear arrow board, unit is mounted to the cab roof. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Village of Woodridge Public Works Department 1 Plaza Drive Woodridge IL, 60517.
