Delivery in California, Oregon, Western Nevada may be an option but message me before bidding. For sale is a 1955 Chevrolet 3200 Deluxe Cab V8 Big Rear Window Series II Flat Bed Truck. It was obtained through a property clean up and has not been registered since 1983. The VIN number is guaranteed to be out of any states DMV system so the VIN number may be more valuable than the truck if you need it for your project. I obtained this truck with the intention of harvesting parts but quickly saw the potential for a restoration or as a valuable parts truck and I hate to see it destroyed. The glass is all un chipped and un cracked except for the drivers wing window. The wing window frame is intact but the glass is gone. I am not sure of the condition of the engine. It is a Chevrolet V8 but I don’t know if it’s original to the truck. It has a 4 speed manual transmission. It has a few screws through the hood passenger side as seen in the pictures. It has a 3200 emblem on one side and a 3100 emblem on the other. It is a confirmed 3200 as seen in picture 2 which is the Vin Decoder info. See that picture for more information. The wood flat bed portion is rotted away and the drivers door hinges are broken. I did not register the vehicle because there are so many options for this truck in its unregistered status. If the new buyer wants California title I will obtain that prior to pick up. DMV said it will only requires a Application for title, VIN verification at DMV and a bill of sale from me to the new owner. If you need additional pictures or other info please contact me. Deposit is $200.00 non refundable and is due at auction close. Removal of the vehicle is to be within 10 days of auction close unless otherwise agreed to before auction end. You will be charged a storage fee of $20 bucks per day from the first day through the 10th day which will eat up your deposit if you don’t get here to pick it up. The storage fee will be excused if picked up before the 11 th day.
