Vehicle Detail
I am looking at selling my Ferrari 328 GTB Replica. The platform is a 1985 Fiero GT 4 speed. There was over $50K spent on this very well documented build, which consisted of $17,157.03 for the car, exterior kit, body work, and paint...suspension $1,770.20...interior $22,411.53...engine $747.47...stereo $5,946.39...alarm $1,989.50. Unlike most Ferrari replicas, my car has the interior completely converted as well. All work was performed by professional shops in Kansas City, MO. I have three 3 inch binders which documents the build and all receipts for every nut and bolt invested into this car. Literally this is the most documented car that I have ever owned. The project took 1 1/2 years to complete. The car is a perfect candidate for an LSX engine conversion or 3800SC GM V6. I have boxes of spares and paint for the exterior and interior leather. Also, included is a laptop which allows for you to further tune the ECU for the car. The car drives and handles very well on Eibach performance lowering springs and Bilstein shocks. It is a real head turner and conversation piece wherever it goes. Why pay $50K to $70K plus the maintenance cost for a real Ferrari, when you can own this one for a fraction of the cost? Please look at the pictures I took recently of the car and feel free to ask any questions that you may have. Thanks! Please note that the car recently had a PPI and appraisal on 11/19/2014 conducted by Auto Appraisal Group Inc which is a nationwide and certified company. The car appraised for $18,500 and the PPI only found the issue with the headlights. I diagnosed the headlight issue to be the passenger side motor that needs the plastic gear replaced. I have 2 spare motors that will go with the car. Just got asked a question about the specs of the car compared to a real 328, and here is the info: "Ok, good question that I should have addressed in my listing. Here are the specs for a real 328 converted from cm to inches: Length 167 inches, width 69 inches, height 44", and wheelbase 92 inches. And now the specs for my replica: Length 168 inches, width 79 inches, height 43 inches, and wheelbase 94 inches. So, in all a wider stance to the car."
