Wonderful car, this Sprite is a lot of fun! It's a great driver, get in and enjoy it, it starts right up and runs great. Drivetrain:original 4 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission. Starts right up, it has a very cool pull-to-start button. No key required. No smoke, no knocks, strong compression (I'll try to post a video of the exhaust), this engine continues to impress me. It will need tires soon as the current ones are starting to develop cracks on the sidewalls. Strong oil pressure (see picture, taken while the car was running), good radiator and accurate temperature gauge. Interior: very clean, not stock but it suits the car. Seats have generic covers to hide the turquoise seats. Easy fix but I like the current seats. Exterior:I love the paint on the car. It's a "driver condition". Looks great from 5 ft but has some flaws up close. Chips around the edge of the trunk, two small rust spots on either side and minor scratches here and there. I wanted a car to drive, not a car to wax and drool over every weekend. But if someone wanted to make it perfect, it would not take much.Squeaky clean undercarriage, no rust, rot or other issue. I'm not a mechanic so please take the time to inspect, ask and research as needed prior to bidding. I'm selling it as-is, where-is, no reserve. It's a wonderful piece of British engineering, a perfect drive-as-you-tinker or drive as you restore car. Happy to show it to anyone interested in it. It is NOT listed anywhere else and I do not have a Buy It Now price, so bid to own and have fun doing it!
