Let me start out by saying that if you are not an experienced early 911 guy or a hedge fund manager, you should not buy this car. Actually, nobody should buy this car. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS CAR. The consensus that seems to be forming is that these are the next RS cars and will continue the stratospheric appreciation that has been occurring over the last several years. This is going to be a challenging restoration as this car needs MORE than everything. The rust is extensive and arguably terminal... expect the worst. The driver's side door is off but included. If these cars are now fetching 600k, then you will still be in the black, but it will be a labor of love. The best return with a car like this may be to put it into storage and sell it down the road when early cars are into 7 figures.
