My 1991 Ford Mustang FOX body convertible is up for sale. This is no ordinary mustang. This is my baby I'm selling. I have lots invested into her, your gain is my lose. I'm selling because I'm going back to school and am forced to sell it. This has been my second car for years now and not a daily but can be used as one. I've had this car for 9 years now. All the work was done after I purchased the car. It is a perfect street car with drag potential. Sounds great and runs just as good. The body has about 118,000 miles on it, while the motor and transmission has only around 3,000. The car was fully sanded and blocked with a fresh paint job about 5 years ago. I also put the fiberglass 2" cowl hood, new trunk lid without luggage rack and new top at the same time. Has 17" 5 spoke cobra rims w/ decent tread left on tires, rear tires are nitto 555 extreme. Interior is all original and for being 24 years old is in great condition. The seats are a grey leather, with power lumbar. Power windows, power locks, power convertible top, power side mirrors, driver side air bag, a/c, upgraded radio. She has a 347 stroker motor built by Mustang Specialties of Pompano Beach, FL. The motor was a stock 302 block bored to a 306 then had the 347 kit installed. The internals are Eagle Specialty Products w/ eagle 5140 cast crank, eagle 5140 I-beam rods, SRP pistons, Clevitte main & rod bearings, Crane 2031 cam, Melling m68hv oil pump. Aluminum gt-40 ported heads, upper and lower cobra intake ported as well, MAC long tube headers, custom x-pipe, flow master exhaust(no cats), 24lb injectors, ford racing distributor and wires, bigger mass air, bigger throttle body, k&n air filter, bigger fuel pump new hat system, custom chip & tune by Blow By Racing of Boca Raton, FL. The transmission was built by (ATF) Automatic Transmission Factory of Davie, FL. It is a custom built AOD with one solid shaft instead of 2 shaft system and aluminum built valve body with a 2900 stale torque convertor with Ford 3:53 gears. I know I'm missing things the car has to much to list. Also included not on the car is brand new in boxes is KYB agk fully adjustable shocks and struts, the original upper and lower intakes and fuel system, summit 7 quart w/ oil sump oil pan, new seals, new gaskets, the leather boot for the top, 2 10" subs with the box, 4 new pioneer speakers, cargo net, and a few other goodies. Currently their is a minor issue with the transmissons first and second gear kicking in, third and fourth are fine. Car still drives and will run fine. Needs transmisson flush.
