1974 Volkswagen Bus Westfalia Vanagon camper. The bus runs and drives great! Recently driven on the highway out of town no problem. Mechanical: very good mechanical conditionEngine: Runs strong, quiet and smoothly. Starts quickly every time. Does not need a tune up. Transmission: Shifts perfect. Clutch feels great. No noises.Brakes: Brakes work well and do not need work. Parking brake needs adjustment and does not work properly.Tires: Tires work but need to be replaced in the next few thousand miles.Body: Has some body rust and a few small holes in common areas which have been covered and painted. Passenger door handle and mirror needs fixed.Paint: Recently painted with pearl white Plasti dip brand paint as a great temporary fix. Underbody: Above average condition being a Florida van, there is no major rust issues under the body. Springs and suspension seem fine. Interior: Great overall condition. Needs some TLC such as front door panels, and glove box trim piece. Both beds are in good shape. The pop up top bed works well and is good shape. There is some small tears in the rear of the top canvas that could be stitched. Wind shield wipers work Lights and turn signals work. Overall this classic Westfalia is road ready to enjoyed for years with only minor work before it gets the restoration it deserves. Pros: Mechanically its strong and ready to ride. Looks good overall.Cons: Will eventually need body rust / paint work. See last picture before paint. Real No Reserve auction so it will sell to the highest bidder. Clean Florida title in hand.
