This car has all the correct components related to the entire drive train with no expense spared. the engine is a 512 casting block for 1969 and date coded 1969 as well. the heads are aluminum GM winters casting with light port work and equipped with comp roller tip rocker arms to fit under factory valve covers. it has forge TRW 11:1 pistons, (pump gas friendly) correct steel crack, and it is quipped with a hydraulic roller cam for fantastic street manners and reliable. The ignition has a bullet aluminum Partronics electronic distributor that has the old look to it. It has and aluminum GM dual plane 1969 4 barrel intake and the correct ceramic Douglas 2 1/8" long tube headers with 2 1/2 flow master mandrel bent transverse exhaust for the correct exhaust for the correct muscle car sound. The transmission is a correct Munice M22 rock crusher equipped with a Hurst competition plus shifter. it is equipped with a center force clutch which offers very light pedal pressure and excellent clamping force. Fro safety a steel Lakewood blow proof housing was installed. the car has a over sized aluminum drive shaft connected to period correct 12 bolt Posi rear differential with 390 Richmond gears. Also installed competition engineering slide a link bars on mono leafs for superior traction, along with one off custom made one off 275 Mickey Thompson drag radial with red lines installed by diamond factory. The car is also equipped with COO drop front spindles, master cylinder, and front disc brakes, along with the COPO sway bar package. The majority of the sheet metal is original. This was a solid cart to start with. The color is 1969 GM Frost Green which is correct to the cowl tag. The black interior is new from top to bottom as well as the correct 6000 RPM tachometer and 140 Speedo gauge. A GM tilt steering column was added. Car was garage kept.
