Up for sale is a great little car in good running condition. Looks good for being almost 13 years old. Southern US car with NO rust issues. The owner was a medical professional from the States who married my neighbour's daughter. Being a US car he could not register it in Canada because of compliance issues. Cars here need to have daytime running lights, different seatbelts etc. He did not have the time to have all the work done and asked if I wanted to buy it. I thought no big deal, should not be a problem. Well, with the purchase price and the cost to have the work done just is not worth the hassel. All I want to do is get my purchase price back. This would be a great buy for someone near the border say in Buffalo or Niagara NY. Buyer could come look at and test drive the car. Give me a down payment, take the US title back to the US, transfer to thier name and get plates and insurance. Come back to Canada, pay the balance and drive it home. For a little running around you get a great car and a great deal. I will work with the buyer to make it a easy as possible. Everything on the car works as it should. If not for the compliance issues here the car passes the road worthy test here in Canada.
