Classic 1978 Volkswagen Super Beetle Convertible. Recently replaced top, top liner, upholstery, carpeting, tires, and paint. Excellent engine, transmission, and brakes. Drive anywhere! Has Alpine AM-FM Stereo/CD player. Really fun to drive and gets attention wherever she goes. Can be daily driver or great for trips to the mountains and the beach. Wonderful gas mileage even in city driving. This car like many of the Super Beetles was converted to the standard VW carbureter intake to improve reliability. The State of California does not allow vehicles from 1976 and up to pass their "visual" smog inspection with any type of modification even when the car passes emissions. Therefore, do not bid on this car if you are a California resident unless you have a second home and can register the car in another State. To my knowledge, California is the only State with this type of insane requirement on classic cars from the 70's. This great little collectible car is a great investment and steal at the asking price. Title is clear. Please check my feedback and you'll see over 15 yrs of flawless buying and selling on Ebay.
