For sale is my 1998 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. It has the 5,7L LS1 motor. LS6 Intake, port an polish head work, new BBK long tube stainless headers, whole exhaust is new from headers back, including catylic conveter. has about a year old ibach springs in rear. Front struts were replaced at sometime, also front bushings have been replaced. new rear break lines, new 3 days old drilled an slotted rotors an pads all around. Transmission is about a month old an I spent $1,100 on the rebuild. A vavle body shift kit was installed, 6 pack cluthes, instead of the usual 4pack, new torque conveter, an external heavy duty trans cooler. She runs an drives great! Very powerful, goes straight own road, tight suspension rides smooth, no squeaks an rattles. It isn't a brand new car but it is a very nice, last of a era trans am. The exterior id give a 9 out of 10. There is no dull spots, no clear coat peeling, no paint missing, there is two bad spots on passenger which I have pics of them included an I circled the bad spots in the pics you can zoom them an see them. They have been touched up with exact color paint an is hardly noticeable unless your two foot away. interior id give a 8 out of 10, but it spotless an really clean. the dash is cracked, the Traction control button is broke an the plastic around it is cracked. The seats were sewed at sometime but there not ripped or have any holes in them they look fine, the carpets are really clean an not all stained up, the seats are clean, an all the plastics are really clean. gotta shut driver hard sometimes, but passenger side bushings were replaced about a year ago an shut an close like new. the windows go up an down slow but they work an go up an down. head lights go right up an right down like they should. keyless entry an it works. does have a check engine light because of the headers, but its nothing but a light at this point, nothing is wrong with car an wouldn't hesitate to drive this car across country. it has no rust ever, an is act very clean underneath.
