1956 Chrysler Wagon. This is the high end car, a Chrysler not Dodge Plymouth or Desoto. This is a very rear unusual super car. A wagon with all the options, power steering, power seats, fold down rear seat with chrome strips on seat back and cargo area. Nice original dash and radio. Car is first year for the iconic push button automatic transmission. Original hubcaps and custom heavy duty vented wheels. The wagons came with heavy duty rear end chassy brakes and suspension. The poly head V8 smooth and plenty of go. will pull horse trailer, etc. Remember, people use wagons for towing, hauling, etc, in the 1950, with seat folded down tons of cargo room. Car needs restoration or drive as is, a rear cool car that with only go up in value. I have had this car started this week. Motor runs well. Trans, rear end, etc, good. Car has been running periodically but has not been driven any distance for many years. Elderly owners bad health prevented planned restore. Good windshield included. Car will need belts, hoses, etc, and general maintenance before being driven for long trips. Owner has some extra parts and will make available for a nominal fee.
