I am the Original Owner of this very well garage kept and very clean, well mechanically and body maintained "Beamer". Many newer parts kept in near excellent condition. Most recent work performed : New brakes (brake calipers and rotors)New front suspension partsBrand new rear tires (same mfg. as front tires that have 60% thread life left) New windshield New hoses under the hoodNewer batteryRecent oil changed at dealer New interior right and left interior door panels New interior head liner Replaced hood (rust started at seam of prior one) Replaced foggy lens headlight and fog light assemblies. Other body parts have been repaired or replaced due to wear or beginning of rust by the same certified BMW body repair shop over the years. Mostly (except for tires) dealer and/or very high end (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.) auto body/repair shop maintained. Everything under the hood is still running perfectly and the engine is strong. Drives totally straight, doesn't burn oil or leave fluid drips on ground when left sitting. I have given it TLC since new and it continues to run fine. Reason for selling is that I no longer need 3 autos, this was still my fun car when I had a 3 car garage but new home only has a 2 car garage. Minor fender damage in 2011 when my neighbor backed into left front fender while it was parked. All repairs used original BMW parts. There was also reported accident in 1993? for a chipped windshield caused by a truck. Buyer inspection by Buyer's qualified local mechanic within reasonable mileage range is acceptable with Seller.
