Vehicle Detail
This moto is the Godzilla of all adventure bikes! This all black color scheme will feed your ego! The machine is in near perfect condition and still has 2 years and 3 months of factory warranty remaining. This bike has been garaged and highway ridden only. I have payed significant attention to the break in of the engine, transmission, and clutch. I cannot ride it into Valhalla--but you can! This apocalypse wagon is the 90 Years Special edition with Sapphire Black Metallic paint, gold forks and brake calipers, olive grey aluminum knee guards, awesome dark metallic grey engine, and chassis, with black paralever suspension. This is a beautiful work of art without sacrificing its beastly "smash-you-in-your-face" profile. The 2013 Adventure is the last year of the reputable air/oil cooled boxer twin-cylinder. There are folks around the world who have almost 400,000 miles on the air/oil powerhouse! Features:Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM)BMW aluminum side cases and top case (keyed to the ignition)Bike is fully loaded with the factory Equipment Package 2Heated gripsESA II (Electronic Suspension Adjustment) with ride modesHeated gripsOn board computerChrome exhaustFog lightsEnduro six speed transmissionCenter standUpper and lower crash barsLarge adjustable windscreen8.7 gallon tank This loaded bike and pannier set retailed for under 25k new, but this bike is selling at fair market value of $18,000. Bid with confidence! I will assist with making this bike available for your preferred shipping carrier. **Update** I've received a few inquiries with regards to the scratches on the panniers. Let me rest assure anyone who wants more clarification, I'll thoroughly explain. The panniers are anodized silver. All anodized panniers show every single scratch. Even your jacket zipper brushed over the top will leave a light scratch. The scratches on the pannier are very light, not noticeable unless you look in the sunlight and are standing right over it. If you are paranoid about light cosmetic scratches on anodized aluminum panniers, then you shouldn't buy any type of bike like this. Again, rest assured, this bike virtually new, like it came off the showroom. I am disclosing anything that may even appear not new, as insignificant as it could be, for the buyer's confidence that he/she is getting a 20+ K bike as expected. Most buyers just say "excellent condition" and don't take the time to thoroughly describe or photograph what they are selling. I wouldn't want to be disappointed as a buyer, so I don't want my buyers to be disappointed either. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
