I am now reluctantly putting our family's beloved Tacoma up for bid. We recently purchased a new Tacoma, so this truck is now expendable. The Tacoma has been a 100% reliable vehicle since we purchased it new in September 2001. It shows the signs of winter driving on Maine roads, but is still a mechanically sound, very nice driving little pickup. The engine and drve train operate flawlessly. It has never been involved in any low or high speed collisions. Last summer the frame, springs, brake lines and all associated hardware were replaced, courtesy of Toyota. I added new OEM shocks. Front brake pads and calipers were replaced in July this year. Tires have been rotated regularly and are evenly worn, with about 1/4" of tread remaining. The original Owner's Manual in great condition is included. I have an older plastic bed-mounted toolbox too if you want it. The truck will be made available for inspection by serious bidders. I will answer all questions as well as I can. I'm not a mechanic, but I have some mechanical ability. Please bid respectfully.
