1957 Ranchero- Barn find. 292 Y-Block numbers match, 3 speed auto. Built in San Jose April 1957. 57 Years old. Original color Colonial White. OD shows 71141 miles. Engine runs great, transmission works, brakes work. Has steel wheels and bias ply tires. I am told it was in a garage for 15 years before the past owner bought it to restore 7 years ago; he had health issues and passed on. All trim is there (most in great condition). I put on new spark plug wires, radiator hoses and air filter and got her running. The rear glass is toast but it's flat glass that any auto glass place can make. The drivers door glass is busted but there is a new replacement. The windshield is perfect. She's been painted a time or two and now is flat black. There are a few small (easily repairable) dents but overall the body is solid. All dash pieces and control knobs are there. The AM radio is out but on the floor. I have new repro tail lamp lenses. One of my all time favorites and sure would love to keep her and be creative but I need the money at this time.
