NO RESERVE! Please only bid if you plan on purchasing because there is NO RESERVE. The truck was sold but buyer backed out because of shipping so please get quotes first.1962 International Harvester Shortbed Fleetside Pickup. You will not find another like this one! Runs & drives good, everything works: Lights, Wipers, Heater, etc. The original 240ci 6 Cylinder engine was rebuilt three years ago by previous owner and has been very dependable. Upgraded with MSD ignition. The original 4 speed manual transmission shifts good as well. I drive this truck all over and never have any issues. She likes to stay under 50-55mph but can do more. I had a new windshield & seal installed about 6 months ago ($550). I take it to all the shows, everyone loves the truck it's always a hit (and conversation starter, so be prepared)! For the most part the body is fairly straight mainly rusty & I have tried to capture pictures of the problem areas. Yes, there is rust but that is what makes this one so cool! It's perfect original patina on this one, lots of character here! If you are looking to restore the body/paint & make into a show truck this isn't the top candidate for that. If you are looking for a fun cruiser that gets a lot of attention then this is the one! I always keep truck garaged when I'm not driving it. I make an 80 mile round trip commute to work with it on occasion, never have any problems. The passenger side door glass is cracked see pictures. Recently noticed an exhaust leak. Doesn't effect drive ability & hasn't been an issue. I would love to keep but need the garage space & funds to finish my 69 Chevelle. The truck is sold in "as-is" condition no warranty written or implied. I have tried to list everything about the truck to the best of my knowledge & have been honest with the listing & I encourage all interested parties to come see and test drive before auction ends. The truck is 52 years old & isn't perfect by any means but is mechanically sound & fires up every time first turn of the key. I have a clear title in my name and it also has collector plates so no need for purchasing tabs again. I am willing to Ship but Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for all shipping & handling costs involved. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction end, the remainder must be paid in full within 7 days of auction end. Sorry No Trades. If you have a low feedback score or are new to Ebay with no feedback please contact me before bidding. Truck is also listed for sale locally & I have right to end auction early if it sells. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Good Luck Bidding!
