Here in this auction we have a beautiful original 1972 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. This car has never been neglected. It drives like a brand new car. There are NO noises, NO shakes, NO rattles, just a nice smooth ride with the wind in you hair. I wish I didn't have to sell it. I have a owned a few cutlass convertibles and this is the nicest one owned yet. The main reason why is because it has all its original panels. Its NOT a bondo bucket. Its a numbers matching car. The motor was recently rebuilt and runs beautiful. The transmission shifts like it did from day one. It is a factory a/c car. I have the original compressor. It is still good it just needs the one main line replaced and the a/c will be operational again. Everything in this car works. All the lights work the way they should. Brake lights and blinkers all work. The horn works, the wipers work, the heat works, under hood light works, the only thing not original is the radio. There is an aftermarket radio installed with speakers installed in the front kick panels. The radio sounds great. As for the rest of the inside, The carpet is brand new. It was a little sun faded so I replaced it. The seats are all original. The are in great shape. The drivers seat has 2 small spots but could be fixed easily from a good shoemaker. There is no rips just some of the pipping has come loose and a few stitches came loose but can be fixed. The dash is perfect. No cracks and all original. The door panels and rear panels are in great shape. The white convertible top was just installed literally last week. It is brand new!! So NO damage. The old one was a little dry so I replaced it before it started to rip and leak. Now for the body, it is in nice shape. It's NOT a bondo bucket. It was painted years ago but still looks great. It has 2 small spots on the hood but I am sure someone can fix very easily. There is some small blemishes here and there and a few little scratches but not damaged anywhere. As for the floors they are perfect. all original, no patches. The trunk is perfect, no patches. the frame(chassis) has no rust, no rot, no past repairs. This was well taken care of over the years BUT this is a car that is used and enjoyed everyday. What's the point of owning it and letting it collect dust in the garage. USE IT!!! As you can see in the pics the car looks beautiful and shines nicely. It also has the lower 442 stripes to give it that extra pop factor. It looks AWSOME. Turns heads everywhere it goes. Once you drive this car you will never want another one. It such a nice drive!! I will miss this car but I need the money. I bought a money pit of a house and need to thin my collection to finish it. I hate to see it go. I know I will never find another one this nice and so original. This car needs nothing!! Get in nd drive it away. Anywhere, anytime, you will have no problems. eBay cost a lot of money so lets not waste anyone's time. Please bid on the car if you are a serious buyer. If NOT, don't bother. I also recommend people to come look at the car in person. If you can't do it in person, there are companies out there that do inspections and are very affordable. They have about 200 miles on them. The brakes are all good and were done about 6 months ago. It has power disc brakes. The suspension is all good. Springs are good, and shocks are good.
