Retiring and reluctantly selling my 1965 Mustang. Paint and body work is about eight years old. Not a show car, but, turns heads wherever it goes. In the last 3000 miles this work has been done: new dropped front and rear springs, Shelby upper A arm modification. Car sits low, rides stiff. Flaming River steering box, new gas tank, gas shocks, front disc brake conversion ( non power), rear axle seals, clutch, flywheel, tires, valve job, lifters, connecting rod bearings, hi volume oil pump, digital ignition, headers and complete custom duel exhaust system, water pump, torque thrust wheels 15", heater core and all new gaskets in heater box, T5 5 speed conversion, rebuilt custom drive shaft.Car is a mix match of 1965-66 parts. It is equipped with a 1968 302 engine wit Lunati street cam and Edelbrock manifold with 650 Holley. Halogen headlights, new horns. Cover comes with car. B.F. Goodrich traction tires, like new. New carpet. There are a couple off small bubbles at the front lower corner of both doors. Glass is good, windows work. Folding rear seat. Car was originally equipped with power steering. Have all power steering components and they come with car. Needs power steering valve rebuilt. Car comes with clean NY state registration. NY was non title state in 1966. If you are looking for an affordable Shelby Gt look alike, this is your car. It needs some TLC, but , you can start to enjoy it right now. Most of hard and expensive work had been done.
