No Title. 1964 VW Bug Convertible. This is a project car and will require complete restoration. There are some parts missing, which are listed below. Please read description carefully so that you understand what you are bidding on. I am not trying to make this vehicle sound like something that it is not, but it IS a 64 VW Convertible. This Vert is in pretty good shape and does not have too much cancer. The only places that are bad are the driver side floor pan, which will have to be replaced (floor pans are available through several Internet VW aftermarket companies, which I can provide upon request). The other spots are at the very bottom of the car, right in front of both the doors where the fenders and running boards bolt onto the body (again, available from the aforementioned companies). The convertible frame is all there and works, but is missing the front plate/latches that latch the top to the windshield (again, available from aftermarket companies). Have all 4 fenders, but no headlight or taillight assemblies. Have 2 front seats. No rear seat. All of the glass is there and uncracked. All of the windows roll up. Also missing are the engine deck lid. and rear apron. The car has no engine. The Transaxle is there, but I don't know if it is good. There are 4 brand new tires on the car. I know nothing of the history of the car. I have had it for 2 1/2 years and purchased it from someone in Missouri. Finally, this car has NO TITLE. Bill of Sale only.
