This is my father's car and he bought it new in 1983 and this car has always been garaged. Always been in Texas. 123,000 original miles. Well maintained and ready for your collection of rare cars. 1983 Chrysler Mark Cross Town and Country Lebaron Convertible, this is rare only 1100 produced Loaded with all options. With just over one hundred thousand miles you would think the car has only 20 with the wonderful condition it is in. Finished in Brown sable Exterior the paint is very nice with no blems, dents, dings or excuses, the wood is perfect with no peeling or sun fade, it also has the luggage rack on the trunk. The convertible top is very nice and tight, no rips or soils and operates very fast and smooth. The Mark Cross Edition features Leather bucket seats, front and rear bumpers guards, Electronic voice alert (working) AC, 2.6 litre 4 cylinder motor, power deck release, power windows, seats, top, leather steering wheel, and a 3 speed automatic trans. Leather is soft and in great condition, power seat is working as well as windows, AC is working but blowing from the bottom vents, carpets is wonderful shape. Trunk is complete with spare , and jack. The car runs very well, always serviced, tires are good, brakes, suspension, and transmission all work well.As a convertible version, it was the first open-topped domestic vehicle since the 1976 Cadillac Eldorado. The Town and Country convertible was made from 1983 to 1986 in limited quantities (1,105 total), it featured simulated wood paneling that made to resemble the original 1940s Town and Country. This generation featured Chrysler's Electronic Voice Alert, a computerized voice which admonished drivers with phrases.
