This is a 9-3 Saab convertible, it is navy blue and has passed inspection. The roof has to be put up and down manually and the front of the car needs front struts. The antenna does not go up and down as it is stuck in the up position. The car is fully functional and it seats 5 people. The dashboard is missing some pixels on the display but is still readable.
