For sale by private party, not the dealer shown in the photos. The pictures are from when I bought the bike a year ago, it still looks as good as it does in the pictures. I am selling my 650 GS because of personal and health reasons. This is one fun bike to ride! I have owned over forty motorcycles in the past forty-four years and this "dual purpose" bike really does do it all. I bought the bike about a year ago and have ridden approx. 1800 miles on it. I have taken it on hundreds of miles journeys on the freeway, cruising comfortably along at 75-80 miles per hour. It has tackled fire-roads and mountain trails without hesitation, and it takes to twisty, back roads with the same enthusiasm as any Ducati I have owned. The bike has averaged 62-67 miles per gallon. The bike has: * Trax aluminium panniers * Cee Bailey windshield * Twisted Throttle halogen driving lights (and do they light up the road!) * Moto-Centric three compartment, quick release tank bag * ABS brakes * Heated grips * New front and rear EBC Organic brake brake pads * Fresh oil and filter change * Chain, rear sprocket, and tires were replaced approx. 900 miles before I bought the bike, plenty of life left on them * Complete factory tool kit * Two key sets and original owners manuals The left pannier did it's job at one time, acting as a crash bar, see pictures. They work great, and do not leak. The bike runs great, looks good, and is ready to ride--anywhere. If you do not want the panniers I will consider an offer that does not include them or the mounting hardware. I also have a brand new medium sized HJC FS-3 open faced helmet with replacement shield, a Saddelman Gel Pad seat cushion, unused Joe Rocket Sub-zero waterproof gloves, unused Schampa Pharaoh Balaclava mask, and a new w)tags, unused, Harley Davidson high visability rain suit that I will be willing to make a great deal on as a package.
