1967 Mustang Fastback 428 FE original “S Code” big block . The ultimate Resto-Mod Muscle car! Car has been completely restored from top to bottom, front to back. All factory lines were kept and no body modifications were made with the exception of the Dynacorn fiberglass/steel composite hood. The body is flawless and paint is exceptional. Color is a 2 stage base coat clear coat metallic burnt orange with steel grey stripes and color sanded and buffed to show car standards. All door gaps are perfect and better than factory. Undercarriage has been restored to the same level of detail as the body. Engine: Engine has been upgraded to 428 CID and is completely rebuilt. Aftermarket aluminum parts have been used wherever possible in an effort to reduce weight and increase performance and reliability. A 1968 block and crank with all new internals, Forged pistons, Comp Cams valve train 276H camshaft with adjustable shaft mount roller rockers. Edelbrock aluminum heads, Edelbrock performance intake manifold. Quick fuel 750 cfm carb with electric choke. Jet hot coated headers, Edelbrock aluminum intake water pump and aftermarket aluminum pulleys. Engine runs cool and strong! Transmission: Ford C6 Rebuilt with 3000RMP stall converter and mild shift kit Rear: *Ford 9 inch with new posi unit and new 3:73 gears. Disk brake upgrade Rims and Tires: Chrome Coy’s 18 inch Shelby style rims with Falken Z rated Tires. Brakes: Bear, power, slotted and drilled disk on all 4 corners.
