Sold with bill of sale only. This car needs very little body work-floor pans look great except for a small 4 inch by 6 inch spot under passenger front seat. It also needs a lower trunk pan. Very minor rust on both lower quarter panels. The rest of the car is rust free-doors, rockers, frame, etc. The interior looks great. This is a roller with no motor or transmission. It has the original 4 speed drive shaft and positive traction rear end. It is a true 1447 2 door hard top Impala SS V-8. Car build date 03C. March the 3rd week 1964. Paint code 922 Ember Red. Interior 815 black bucket seats with console. Also comes with excellent condition used grille. Car has no salvage or reconditioned or reconstructed title. Both vin tag and trim plate are in tact. I also have another 1964 Impala SS up for sale on Ebay. I bought it for parts to help complete this car. It has perfect body side moldings and trim with everything under the hood-engine with all brackets, pulleys, etc. I reserve the right to remove from Ebay as the cars are for sale locally. I also might offer a package deal on both cars. $500 deposit within 48 hours of end of auction. Balance must be paid in full by cash or certified funds before car can be picked up.
