We are the 2nd owner of this SUV, it was purchased new in 2009 by a State Government Housing Authority Agency in Alabama and used by the administrator of the agency, the administrator received a new one in January of 2013. Do not let the fact that it was bought new by a government agency confuse you, this is a regular LT version Tahoe, not any government spec unit or anything like that, it is the regular Tahoe LT 5.3L FFV model that any individual would go by just purchased as an administrative vehicle by the agency! During the 4 years at the agency it was serviced by the book and we were told that only a few times anyone rode in the passenger or rear seat, until we purchased it no one had ever ridden in the 3rd row seat! The SUV was not sold by the agency until August of 2013 with 97k miles on it so it sat idle for almost 7 months. We purchased it directly from the agency, not at an auction, not from a dealer or broker, directly from the agency. The Tahoe was brought back to Mississippi, titled in our name personally and used by our family for the past 11 months. Since then it has had people in every seat, kids, luggage, etc. but absolutely no pets or smoke, has never had a pet in it or been smoked in! We have also serviced it by the book although the local oil change business does not show up on the Carfax, serviced right on schedule in the past year. The tires were replaced locally about 15k miles ago with new ones, balanced and aligned. Everything on the Tahoe works properly, it is in great shape, has been well maintained, only driven by older adults and never used to tow or haul, no damage/wreck history, paint and body, interior and exterior are all great. It does not have any type of interior odor, no interior rips, tears or anything like that, a/c is cold, heat is hot, all the electronics and functions work properly, drives and rides great! The very few negative things to bring out are first of all on the front bumper it has a small spot where the paint is chipped off and a scratch, the driver’s side rear view mirror has bumped into the mailbox a few times and it has a few scratches/marks on the top outside, the rear driver’s side door has a small ding (sometimes called grocery cart ding) in it and the carpet has a few spots where it is stained, only a few spots, all of the things mentioned can clearly be seen in the 500+ photos. The photos actually make the carpet look worse than it actually is, the stains mentioned are not all over just in the corner of a few spots and can probably be cleaned or scrubbed out! It is not being sold because of any problems or issues, simply buying a newer model. The title is in hand, clean and clear with no lien waiting on a new owner, it along with bill of sale will be issued at time of payment.
