Vehicle Detail
This is a freshly restored GP featuring a numbers matching 389cu motor with Tri-power mated to a TH400 auto. The 389 has just been rebuilt (.030 over), painted and installed and has less than 10000 miles on it. Pertronix electronic ignition, Hooker headers, dual exhaust. Factory bucket seats with floor console. The vehicle has a B&M ratchet shifter that has been fitted to the factory console such that the installation looks professional. The front end has been completely rebuilt and has a fresh wheel alignment. The interior is completely new including new seat foam, upholstery, door panels, carpeting, headliner, steering wheel, wood trim inserts, seat belts, along with a restored dash by JustDashes. Other features: Cored radiator, overhauled master brake cylinder, electric fuel pump, restored fuel tank with new fuel level sender and float, new steering wheel, new alternator, new Autometer gauges fitted into stock dash gauge pods, new windshield, new windshield wiper motor, new steering gear, new power steering pump, new mini-torque starter, new brake shoes, new wheel cylinders (all wheel drum brakes to maintain original configuration), new American Racing TorqThrust II wheels with new Goodyear Eagle tires. Items of note: No sound system although the car has been wired to support a 500 amp amplifier mounted in the trunk. This car was restored to be a high quality driver as opposed to a show car although it could be the foundation of a very clean stock show car.I will update the pictures of the body to reflect that both side mirrors and the windshield wipers have been installed as soon as the rain stops here in Utah. The pictures of the body that are displayed were from when I was waiting on obtaining a new windshield wiper motor. I didn't realize that they weren't there until an interested party asked about them. Stand by.
