Vehicle shakes on acceleration - needs vacuum pump - oil filter housing gasket and timing chain has skipped a tooth. Car does run and drive. It has newer tires they were replaced at 143k - 5k miles ago. Vehicle has little rust does have 10 year rust warranty. Replaced ignition coils and plugs at 147k, both cooling fans at 137k, replaced catalytic converter at 109k, replaced battery at 114k, replaced left outer cv boot at 121k, replaced water pump at 121k, replaced transmission/valve body at 112k, replaced secondary air pump and relay at 100k.
