Vehicle Detail

Up for sale here I have a fairly solid 1955 Ford F100 pickup truck with a nice green brush painted patina paint job that was probably done prior to 1975 which was the last time it was tagged in Kansas. I have a clean Kansas title for the truck that matches the frame and glove box vin. The truck was a V8/4 speed truck from the factory but is now missing the engine, trans and driveshaft. The drivers side door glass is missing from the truck and the front and back glass have cracks in them. The side glass and vent glass all has bubbling and issues that old glass gets. The dash is all complete with the factory key in the ignition but a round hole was added in the center at some point. The factory heater is still mounted under the dash and its got its factory seat that needs totally redone. All the handles and cranks are there and function properly. The truck rolls and steers easy and has tires that hold air for loading. The truck has a square tube grill guard that the farmer welded to the factory bumper and it did a great job of protecting the grill, front valanve and headlight trim because it is all ding free. The front fenders are basically rust free but have some small dents and dings from 20 years of work on the farm. The hood is pretty straight and will be bolted on for transport. It fits poorly in the pics because it is just sitting on the truck now. The cab is not to rusty with solid floors, cowl and rockers but it has damage from something falling on the drivers side of the cab years ago. There is also an auxilary fuel tank someone added behind the seat as well as the factory one under the cab so theres 2 filler necks on the side of the cab with some dents around the top one. The drivers door has a dent along the front seam that looks like it may have tried to blow around and the gap from the back of the door to the cab gets wider near the handle. The drivers side runningboard and cab corner have rust in them. The bedsides and front panel are very straight and rust free but the small panels that mount under the bedsides in front of and behind the fenders have some rust through in them. The tailgate is fairly straight but has some holes drilled through it and some rust and damage to the lower drivers side. The rear fenders are very solid but again have dents and dings from 20 years on the farm. The passenger side runningboard and cab corner are solid. The roof and passenger side cab and door are straight other than the damage mentioned on the drivers side. There are some engine parts included that I believe came off of the factory v8. The frame and bumpers are nice and solid. The wood in the bed has completely rotted and gone over time but the metal strips are still there. For shipping quotes contact Ryan @ ASAP Transport 913-201-0133. The truck is for sale locally so the auction may end at anytime before a bid is placed. There's a $500 deposit due within 48 hours and full payment due within 7 days of auctions end. Thanks and good luck bidding. On Aug-09-14 at 05:10:26 PDT, seller added the following information: I also forgot to mention that I live within 30 minutes of LMC truck and I have an account there that gives me 10% off plus no tax so if the buyer of the truck wants me to pick up parts to send with the truck I can do that.
