1969 280SL VIN:11304410006118 Purchased out of CA and maintained in private collection. This rust free car exhibits a very high level of restoration quality in all corners, under the dash, etc. with original spot welds visible as they should be. Firewall pad is original with the exact correct embossed pattern. Paint, chrome, glass and rubber are all in excellent condition. Color was changed during restoration from 180G "Silver Grey Metallic” to Red. 11,626 miles since restoration, Coco matts inside and in the trunk. Four speed manual transmission. Motor runs smooth and strong, transmission shifts as it should. Interior is “like new” and the door sill rails are in imaculate condition.
