This is an AMC 1973 Hornet Hatchback, a true survivor. This car is in the condition that is most desired by any car collector. This Hornet has not had or needed any restoration work. The copper metallic paint is the same she left the factory with. The interior is as clean as new. The dash is perfect, and the factory air blows cold. I am the third owner of this sweet Hornet, the second owner having inherited the car from her friend, who bought the car new at Wollen Weber AMC in Cincinnati. I bought the car in January 2001 when she had just 12,750 miles . She now has 25,000+ on her. This Hornet is equipped with a 258 six cylinder with power steering and factory air conditioning. The X-package stripe was added, plus a swap to a sport steering wheel and rally wheels.I believe this to be one of the cleanest original condition care in existence.
