The Village of Woodridge Illinios Public Works Department is selling a 2001 Ford F250 super duty 4x4 pick-up truck Triton 5.4L V8, wheel base of 137". This vehicle was purchased new and used by the Public Works Department for every day maintenance and snow plowing operations. Overall condition of truck rated as "fair" with low miles of 52,236. Vehicle maintenance serviced every 3,000 miles top to bottom by Village mechanics. Only known problems from a mechanical stand point is the fly wheel has a missing tooth, once in a while the starter aligns with this missing tooth requiring driver to re-attempt starting - otherwise engine, transmission & 4x4 run and operate as it should.The exterior cab and bed has multiple dings, scratches and rust as expected for it's age and type of use. Note - the rear bed has major rust/rot see photos. The interior is in good condition, cloth seats on driver side is starting to tear on lower and upper portion otherwise very clean for it's age.All four tire's are in good condition ranging from 10/32 to 12/32 see photo's.The truck comes with a 8 foot Fisher snow plow with headlights; plow and lights operate/fuction. The plow's metal mold board is rusted/rotted through - see photo. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Village of Woodridge Public Works Department 1 Plaza Drive Woodridge IL, 60517.
